The
SMALLEST
Stupid Improv Show

For decades, The Big Stupid Improv Show has entertained Fringe audiences with a cast of improvisers in a hilarious show. This is like that EXCEPT it’s the SMALLEST stupid improv show. It’s one of the smallest improv shows in the world. One improviser, one DJ and one audience come together to make something funny, sweet and different every night. Created and performed by Stephen Sim (The Big Stupid Improv Show, CRUMBS, Pixels, Burns & Allen) with an improvised cinematic score by DJ Hunnicutt.

Who's in the show?

Special Thanks to:

Caity Curtis for being my creative partner and helping me realize this solo improv show as well as improvising the lights for every one of the shows up in the booth!

The Gas Station Arts Centre for lending me their stage

DJ Hunnicutt for saying yes to the show

Kevin Ramberran (Club Soda Improv) for stepping into a musician role

Ben Sellick for flying in from NYC to do one of the performances

I'd also like to thank the countless improvisers and artists that Zoomed with me over the past few months as I researched and created this show:

Jacob Banigan (Graz, Austria), Ryan Millar (Amsterdam), Dave Morris (Victoria), Matt Baram and Naomi Snieckus (Toronto), Joe Bill (Chicago), Kevin Gillese (Atlanta), TJ Dawe (Vancouver), Chris Gibbs (Toronto), Wes Borg (Victoria) for naming the Big Stupid Improv Show all those years ago.

And to our dog Pony for listening to all my monologues while taking her for a walk.
